I have been waiting 4 months now for Blezzedd [b][b]Jean Paul Sartre[/b]. I've been extremely patient and reasonable with him, saying ok to his excuses of having homework, resetting computer etc etc. I think it's time I make this now.

- Send him privnote asking to buy crypter source for $180, stated that I wanted it working and FUDed.
- He agrees, I pay. I say again that I want it working and FUD (he doesnt deliver on either of these)
- Now he says it isnt FUD
- I get errors when trying to compile, he hadnt sent me all the files
- I tell him that there are detections
- He doesn't deny this, says he will deliver it to me "tomorrow" after his homework LOL (THIS WAS 4 MONTHS AGO, STILL HAS NOT DELIVERED).



- He had to "reset his computer" ok man
- His friend will deliver it to me FUD < LIE, STILL HASNT
- "I will deliver it FUD to you 🤝" < well its been 4 months, im still waiting...
- "no where in our original deal did I state it would be FUD on delivery" < Lie, he even confirmed I said this in previous PMs ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^



- "I am prepared to give you a full refund" < still waiting on this, he's just been buying time. really doubt he was ever going to refund me..
- "If I sell my new crypter you will get your $180 back as soon as I make it" < https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5556263 he's been selling it for weeks now. refund me pls?



- "So I could send you all my bitcoin now" < I say yes
- "you are getting a little too pushy". < I have been EXTREMELY patient and reasonable, waiting 4 months for you to either deliver this promised product or to refund me.
- Says I am "harrassing" him, threatens to open community alert. lol ok. He tries to make himself a victim even though he is the one who took money from me.

But he did agree to refund him and ended up not doing so even after offering part of the money. It is only someone who believes he is at fault that does that.

I believe the dispute comes down to this:

- Was the seller offering a FUD service or not?

You paid him before him mentioning it was FUD in PM's, maybe it said it was FUD on his thread? What's your position on this is what I'd like to know, are you claiming his thread stated it was FUD or did you assume that? Nonetheless, I think you should get some form of refund or else receive the FUD product.
