It's allowed as long as it's a legal process and not just "here, congratz, you now have the rights".

If you're doing this legitimately I don't see there being a problem.
Best to ask a Staff member if you're still unsure, although I don't see anything in the rules saying you can't.
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.
