Well it is Base64? But it doesn't translate to anything normal, some weird characters. Tried reversing all characters and doing that as Base64. Still nothing though.

Tried Rot13 then Base64. And the other way around. Reversed all characters. This "Izana" did it quickly?
I guess I will keep thinking, looking forward to seeing the answer later on anyway.

izana was very quick, it honestly amazed me, he solved it without any hints.
There's more to ROT13.
