Python

what are the best ways to learn python

Can I have some tips about learning python please?
dude there are hundreds of guides online go to codeacademy.com put some time into it and don't give up. Also look at the stickied threads where there are good guides. That's how Iam currently learning.
Learn on Udemy (warez disallowed), codecademy.com just learn the basic not how to think like a programmer.
In Udemy (warez disallowed) you can get free and Paid Courese.

Any website works. The only thing that is holding him back is laziness.
Just code every day man, then it will become a habit.

Use cleverprogrammer.com and do the free Python tut, It's really good.

1 hour a day method, code for an hour a day everyday. Most people will say use something like code academy etc to learn the basics. I agree these are good, personally i learn from youtube vids because you have to type out the code you follow not just copy paste it. But each to their own.
good youtuber would be thenewboston his tuts are very good.
Coursera has a course which you can follow for free if you choose audit the course. It's run by an associate professor at the university of michigan.

coursera.org/learn/python

You don't have to learn it as slowly as the course suggests, just go through at your own pace.
Take a book (not ebook) and write your own code.
As said above just pick a project that you would like to do and just code it, don't worry about making mistakes you're going to make a lot of them, just learn from them use Google and stack overflow and you'll gradually get better.

I know this can be overwhelming to begin with. I started with getting the computer to ask questions then depending on the answer, it would throw a funny or insulting sentence back at me.

Good luck my dude.
thanks for all the replies everyone
Build something you like. But since you're a beginner, start off with something easy. For instance, I like to keep track of my diet and calorie intake. I created a small program to keep track of the calories I was eating based on the calories in each gram of protein, carb, fats. Basically a calories calculator
