So I followed all the steps in the video,everything is working fine except that the log's I'm receiving in my gmail are blank. The test emails are fine but the actual logs have nothing in them.

Yeah, I noticed that. I'll either the do the video again (lol) or just giveaway another keylogger.

Try Costex Logger, it's pretty good but it doesn't have stealers
