Not going to post the idea of site and what needed to be done (not going to be an asshole).
But what he requested was fairly simple with only one more complex part.

He wanted a payment gateway with PayPal so I got one of the guys I’m working with in on the project and we agreed on a price of 120$.

Then we agreed that he’ll pay 50% when he sees some progress and the rest after I finish.

So basically he stopped replying. I gave him a 2 days heads up before I open this thread.

Please note that the website he requested isn’t finished. We, me and my dev, stopped working on this when he stopped replying. We agreed that we will continue working on it when he sends some payment upfront.

Another interesting thing is that all the other people I’ve worked for (from this forum and outside the forum) were asking for updates on their projects while we were working on them, which is normal.

Not sure what happened here but this is just unprofessional behavior.

Also, I told you when I took your project that I can make a skype if you'd prefer using skype. You said that discord is fine. So I went with discord as a method of communication.

I wasn't worried.
Usually when you pay (or are about to pay) somebody, I'd expect that person to contact the person they hired to do a job to get various updates on how the job is going.

I'll send him the progress tomorrow since I'm on phone at the moment.

I agree that this could have been taken care of in other ways. But I've had some people tell me to be careful when dealing with him (after I already taken this project).

So I talked with Wizard. via PM and he told me that he would send the money on Monday.

So yesterday, Tuesday, I sent him another PM in hopes he would reply at least. Spoiler alert: he didn't.
He read the message but he didn't take the time to write at least: "Sorry. The money didn't come in yet.."
