What tools are you using? Also threads like these offering cleanup services usually die within some months.

You can get most of the tools I use from Bleepingcomputer.com. If it dies then it dies. I still have people wanting to get their computers cleaned still. So not dead yet! lol.

I think I need that service. My internet became slow and I am not sure if it is windows 10 updates that cause that.

Depends on the ransomware that caused the encrypted files. I'd suggest looking at bleepingcomputer.com. See if the same ware that crypted your files has had a decrypter created for it.
