Just used this myself and works like a charm, thought i'd let everyone who doesn't already know about this. There is now an event going on where Twitch Prime members gets 1 month of membership, free of charge.

1) Sign up for free Amazon Prime trial here.
Make sure that you put your address that is from countries. (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.)

2) Sign up for free Twitch Prime via Amazon Prime (Requires a vpn of any kind that has any of listed countries above.)

3) Go to https://www.twitch.tv/directory and you'll see this offer on your left corner:
