Very simple - join any twitch stream that isn't runescape.
PM any prime user if you can get their runescape code. Works like a charm already got like 20. Also you can ask people if they have twitch prime in big discords etc.
Another thing you can do is use this for botting a bunch of accounts.

Enter any twitch stream that has reasonable amount of viewers - find a user in chat with twitch prime (blue hat) - and whisper to them. ask if you can get their runescape code. The majority of twitch is not runescape players.

You should read first (I thought the same), but instead of making his own account and going through the process. He whispers users that already have prime in a Twitch chat for their code since they most likely don't play the game anyway.
