The largest thing you need to work on is using the pathfinder and alignment tools to clean your work up, and work on packing much more detail. You have parts that look completely flat / unfinished. There are points that should visually be aligned but aren't. It seemed like you rushed through the details, and you didn't use your pallet to its' full extent. For example, the left side of the lips looks unfinished, none of the undertones even match the shape you're trying to create. The teeth could've had the shadow shaped in between the individual teeth further sculpting the shape of them without introducing any additional colors/tones. I didn't even start with the eyes, because they're well, not finished. Cool, you put the reflection in the eye, but you missed the pupil. Additional highlights to the hair could've been added to make it look less flat.

Shading on the ear looks random and it doesn't make much sense. Her left eye looks weird. Both chin and her left cheek are choppy and could definitely use some work.

Overall, I'd say it looks pretty good.

It looks really clean! One thing that I would suggest you to edit is the chin part, it is a bit slanted in my opinion.

Can't really give any arguments as you really do have experience in vectoring which we can see from your many illustrations. Only thing I'd defenitely change would be shading under left eye & hair on that side, also maybe add some more face lines shading on the right side of face as there is none. Besides my personal opinion I can say that I'm quite satisfied with outcome because you've paid attention to details & did outstanding shadig work on tshirt, also not to forget as I've just noticed right ear look seems a bit odd or maybe it's just too much shadow from hair I can't tell. Keep it up buddy. :)
