How legit is the spoofer? Does it completely mask the original smtp? Is this even possible?

Also, straight to inbox every time?! Isn't this dependent on the message body more than anything?

If I use email spoofer I can send any email with any adress like " [email protected] " or something like that and it will be in spam filter ?
