How to register & redeem your serial

1) Open the Software
2) Create an account (if you don't have one already, you can use the same account for multiple products)
3) Click "Redeem Serial"
4) Enter your Account details
5) Enter the serial
6) Click "Redeem"
7) Login using the same account you redeemed the serial on
Note:
- You can't redeem the same serial twice
- You only need to redeem the serial once


F.A.Q.:
•The downloaded File opens as an archive, and contains a bunch of random files and folders.
Right-click the JAR File, select "Open with", then select "Java", or use the command line as explained above.

•I don't have Java installed // 'Java' is not recognized as an internal or external command // I can't open the File
Google Java, and download it from the official site. Then install it.

•Which Java version do I need?
I would suggest you use Java 1.8 since it will work for all my products. Some will work with java 1.7, too.

•I would like a refund
I only offer refunds if my product doesn't work as promised. You'll have to speak to me within 3 days or you won't get a refund. I will only provide a refund if the issue is caused by my Software directly. After filing a correct error report with all required information, you have to give me 24h time to fix your issue.

•The cmd log contains "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"
The software exceeded the allowed memory.
Solutions:
1) Load less data
2) Use fewer threads
3) Start it using the command line, but write "java -jar -Xmx1024m PathToTheSoftwareHere.jar" instead of "java -jar PathToTheSoftwareHere.jar" (This allows 1GB of ram, you can increment the number '1024', too)

•"Product not activated or the webserver could not be reached"
1) Make sure you can access weco.info in your browser.
2) Please make sure you login with the same account you redeemed the serial on

•The software freezes
Solutions:
1) Load less data
2) Start it using the command line, but write "java -jar -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M PathToTheSoftwareHere.jar" instead of "java -jar PathToTheSoftwareHere.jar" (This allows 1GB of ram, you can increment the number '1024', too)
If you want to use a large amount of threads for example, try using "java -jar --Xmx4096M -Xms4096M" (4 GB RAM)

•I don't answer on Skype while I am "Away", "Do not disturb" or "Offline" on Skype, same for discord.
I have to sleep too :) Normally I will be able to help you in a few hours, just stay calm, no need to spam me using every possible contact method.

•When starting, I get the error: "Error: WebLookAndFeel.install ..."
Follow the command line guide in this thread but add -defgui at the end of the command before pressing enter. This will disable any design and set it to the standard.

•"I thought the product would have the feature xxx, but it hasn't!"
All features are always listed in the thread. Please send me a detailed PM requesting a refund containing your order ID on rocketr, and the refund address. If there really was a misunderstanding caused by me and not because you didn't read properly, you will get a full refund. If it's your fault but you report it within 12 hours after the purchase, you will get a 75% refund. After 12 hours no refunds.

When posting an Error Report, Command Line log(s) are in most cases mandatory!
JProtect requires two command line logs, one from the Stub and one from JProtect! You need to include them (if I didnt tell you something else)

[Guide] JProtect Stub Error Reporting Guide:
1) Run JProtect using the command line with the following command: java -jar "[NameOfJProtectHere]".jar -debug
2) Disable Obfuscation
3) Build your Stub
4) Get the log of the Stub (not JProtect) from the command line



5) Use the default error reporting steps as described above and add this to the form:

My Computer is currently not working. I maybe have to order a new graphic card which will take some time.
I can't fix bugs while I can't access my main PC. This reply will be updated with the latest news and when I have a date when my pc should be working again.

UPDATE: Error seemed to come from my SSD, bought a new one and now testing if it works.

UPDATE2: PC is being repaired until Monday

UPDATE3: It seems to be working now again! I will test it for a few hours and then I can start coding again.

UPDATE4: Got my PC back from repair, crashed again, and now it doesn't boot again. Same issue. Spent so far 250€. Going to buy a new PC, so this will take several more days.

UPDATE5: Currently testing it again, seems to be working fine now.

I am not experienced with hardware nor I have the formula to calculate a number of threads you can use. I advise you to just try it out :)

Also even include real password email combos try every possible ones still giving error need detailed instructions for this.
