One; there's already an open suggestion regarding a review section and Omniscient has shown no interest, so what would make him show interest in this?

There is NO marketplace that is as structured and strict as HF's.

If there's an issue with a product or service, you can leave rep or a review on the thread. You can also open a community alert if the situation warrants it.

It sounds like your just worried more about your own rep, than the actual welfare of other members.
