First have it downloaded, Then you want to make a folder on you desktop named wget.
When the folder is created put the .exe you downloaded from the link above in there, then open CMD (WIN+R, type "cmd" without quotes).
When you have CMD open type cd C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME-HERE\Desktop\wget
from there type wget -r -a.html www(dot)example(dot)com
it will start to download to the folder on your desktop, when its done loo through the files or delete them cause why the fuck not?

This is a scam.
curl/wget/whatever tool you want to use won't work, because they work on web requests. Whatever perms you have, wget will have. You can't download server-side or specifically-chmodded files like that.

It won't download server-sided scripts (php/asp/etc) but html files. Don't even need to try, that's simply not possible.

It's not possible to download server files, period. Check your screenshot, there are no server files but front-end js/css/html/font files.
