The deal was his 50$ AGC against my 35$ BTC. ( he had two cards)
After i recieved the codes from him everything was working. But after a few hours the codes were unreedemed. (His supplier must have been doing a chargeback)

EDIT: 2017-08-29 After a few months user finally for the first time responded to the scam report saying this (Check spoiler)
After he sent me this pm he added me back to ignore list

If the cards doesn't work , he should provide an replacement. Simple.

I don't think he is interested in replacement or refund.
"Most of you will say that he is legit and its not worth for him to scam for 70$. Well i feel the same but the guy has not been responding to my Pms according to this and i asked him "how can we resolve this" he was reading my pms but he didnt reply. He has been online two times since this happened and has not been replied. So i feelt that i had to make this scam report."

Thats just sad. This is the second time i get scammed on HF.

This is unfortunate. Personally, I'd say: dox him, message him his address, see if he replies to that..
If he does, you've been scammed.
If he doesn't, he's probably just AFK

Why would i waste my time to dox him? I dont even care about losing these money. I made this report to prevent him from scamming other members.

Has over 1k rep and scams for $70?!
You could easily make more than that by doing legit services I don't understand why people even bother to scam sometimes.

Thats what i though. I was waiting over 24h to make this scam report because i though that he was smarter than that. But some pepole are stupid..
What do you mean the codes was redeemable a few hours after you purchased them? Why didn't you just redeem them?

Because i wanted to resell them. I bought 3 codes from him. 1 of them was working when i try to reedem it amazon says "Already redeemed to another account
We had a problem redeeming your gift card. This gift card claim code has been redeemed to another account."
But the two other cards were Carded or his supplier made a chargeback.

That sucks also I wasn't taking up for the buyer or seller I was just curious.

Just curious, Why would you buy an amazon card just to resell it?
