Unfortunately yes that's how it works. It's understandable since there's so many disputes/CA's on this forum they would need like 20 staff to handle them all.

I am sorry but you cannot expect them to check every deal dispute/community alert thread and review the validity of it. It would be a huge waste of time, the community has the tool it needs to be able to deal safely (trust scan and it's additions).

Obviously I can't speak for the staffs but only from my observations. Well because Hack Forums is not a marketplace forum. Hunting for trolls is more important than wasting time reviewing deal disputes. If you still don't fully understand it, PM me and I can explain more in-depth.

Because proof can be faked. Staffs do take action when they are 100% sure the user scammed, which is rarely the case.

Hi there!

I've been friends with Kicking for almost 8 years. I know that if he'd had the source for this, he'd already do it. I mean, I have the source for when I originally owned it, but that's because I build up an arsenal of sources so I can look back in the past. I'm not, and never will I resell or reskin source codes.
