This looks like a pretty legitimate report from what I can tell.
Good luck OP.

The second I saw their thread I instantly closed it for this sort of reason.

Their completely bullshitting. I knew it was a scam this whole time.
I asked if we can use a MM they said half upfront, first bad sign I decided not to purchase.
Then I looked at the initial thread and they said they sent out phones and people received them but there are no vouches anywhere, sketch as fuck.

These people are scamming for sure.

He made a typo, he should pay for his mistake in my opinion, simple human errors like that can cost you.
You never tried to confirm anything with me on site, which on the thread it CLEARLY says PM before dealing, as the person who was putting the thread together made their own skype, didn't give out the creditentials and when we caught it, we made our own skype. All of our other customers have dealt with us on site, gotten tracking numbers and have their devices on the way. You never bothered to contact me on here at all. You did that whole deal off site man.

We didn't scam anyone, someone else who was getting the thread made for me put their skype in there and didn't give me the info to the skype. HF windows can confirm that I never supplied the skype info, once I realized that I couldn't get on the skype I had the thread design fixed right away. And as I told 0rnage, and as it says on the thread, PM me before dealing off-site. We have sold 3 other devices, all have been done On-site and shipped out with tracking numbers and the customers will be getting them soon. No reason to scam at all. And I didn't say I wouldn't use a middle man, I said that with a product like this I prefer not to because if you get the device, break it, tamper with it or anything and then send it back saying it was messed up, I am out that money. I even provided you another way which was half and half, as another one of my customers has done.

And FYI the phones we sent were to canada, when shipping from the US, it has to go through customs, when it's all said and done it takes about a week.

I was under the impression that the thread design was yours else why would it even be there in the first place? Your partner has already admitted to being involved with multiple shady users that have also screwed with you.

You posted the thread design without fully reviewing the information that was given. I contacted the skype user that was EMBEDDED on your thread design, I did was not dealing with someone with a similar name. The skype that I contacted was the one that I was supplied in YOUR thread design.

This. I tried telling them this but they will not do this unfortunately which is very disgusting. Not even 50%, they put the blame entirely on me and their only argue is 'because you didn't verify' yet the information supplied was on their own thread. Again this would be a different case if I was dealing with someone of a similar name but I was not.

Scamming for sure??
That would be conjecture. You have no proof. and due diligence hasn't been done for you to speculate and say that we have done anything or involved in the scam.

Who have we said have received phones from us already?? When people do receive their phones, there will be vouches. We can't get vouches from deals that are not completed yet.
So I don't understand this whole "people have received phones already but no vouches" claim.

Anyone who deals with Skype and high scam activity forums knows to CONFIRM publicly on the thread that you are talking to them on Skype.
Like a call and response authentication. You PM or post on thread and tell the person to type a work or phrase on Skype to confirm they are the same people in the forum and on Skype.

We have already said, there was a skype ID listed that we had no control over. When it was found to be so, we immediately changed the ID to the skype we created.
We didn't even intend to do off-sites deals through skype, it was really intended for ease of messaging about questions, updates on tracking, etc.
Vouching for them, I am currently doing a deal with him, a half-half deal which he allowed me to do due to the lack of trust at first. I am one of the testers for Canada, and I have trust in Matrx that he did NOT do this on purpose. I got a tracking number soon after I have paid and it is in the process of getting in my hands right now. I vetted Matrx and currently trusting him for the phone arrive so I can pay the other half. From what I see his honesty for the past few weeks that I have been talking to him on Skype is unparalleled, and commits to what he talks about. They have sold to me, and I DO have proof that phone is being shipped to me currently... just the waiting game. He has never done anything scummy / tried to scam me, he has helped me a lot on this topic of 'infinity phones'. I do not believe matrx would not vouch for Robot and do a co-sales thread if he did not feel he was honest also.
what's up buttercup.

I agree that Skype and hf is a bad combination, however, when you create a thread design with a totally different skype name that you do not have control over and have intention on selling a product you fully acknowledge that whom ever controls that Skype is trusted and responsible. What you did was an error and you need to pay up because it is a very costly error.

If you did not have any control over the skype that was created in the thread design why would it be there? That sounds very sketchy and purely ignorant on your behalf.

The skype was only changed sometime after I was scammed so noone can prove your intention if you were selectively scamming. Nonetheless you created and posted a thread with a Skype embedded onto your thread that was completely bogus..

You need to own up to your mistake, the customer does not deserve to be at fault because of your error.
The fuck, they think it's your fault? How the fuck do you not see whether or not it's your skype? If anything it's their dumbass's fault for not noticing. This is a VALID scam report.

Your vouching for them yet you haven't received the phone yet?
Scammers do this type of shit make you feel like their friend.

I hope for your sake you don't get scammed. But it's likely.

Thats great however you missed the point, the supplied skype information that was embedded onto the thread design was completely bogus. I have even asked for some type of a compensation prior to creating a scam report because he seemed genuine yet he doesn't even want to compensate me for his own errors.

He didn't contact me on site before dealing, which is say on the thread. When we first got the thread design, it was put up quickly to get the thread up. The person who made the skype gave me the wrong details, as soon as this was noticed, we changed the thread design right away. All of our other customers have dealt on site and things have been fine. He dealt off site, didn't message me to confirm before spending that much money. I do admit I should of looked at the thread design very well before posting it, but I didn't as I wanted to get the product up, that I take fault for. As I said once it was noticed, a day later I had it changed.

Robots defense couldn't be worse "You should of confirmed via pm."
The fucking skype he got scammed by was on the thread.
It is valid.

It does not matter if the Skype did not work, it was your responsibly to make sure it was a working skype account PRIOR to making that thread. This error completely lands on you for suppling bogus information and getting me scammed.
