What is this website called?

There is a website where you can use your bank information/credit card/debit card to make a master card that can be used online. You can choose the maximum amount to allow to be charged to the card so that if it is compromised by a risky source you won't lose more than you set.

WTF is this place called? I need to use a MasterCard for a purchase but I don't want to use my real card and risk it being closed and have to go through all of the hassle. Someone posted about the site here before, that is why I ask.
Are you talking about paypal? lol

Dealing with depression can be tough. Tougher than most people know. But keep your head up high, there will always be hope.

Let's not be stupid now. 😠

It isn't a payment processor like that. You literally put in your personal payment information, click "create card", and it will automate a VISA or MasterCard for you with its own number, CVC, Exp. Date, etc. You then can use that generated copy of the card to pay for things through risky vendors and then the charge will go through the created MasterCard and will charge your REAL mastercard/bank for the payment.

Bank of America does this if you're banking with them.

It's somewhat like a VCC. You don't buy an already made CC though; you literally create the card on your account only.
