So basically, I ordered Monster Revenue. I ordered the $39.95 version which came with "24/7 premium support", and "100% IRONCLAD refund guarantee".

In the end of march/early april, I started a paypal dispute with MattGates requesting that he refund me or at least refund me on skype. He said that he would refund me after I closed the dispute.

After that, I also messaged him multiple times on hackforums with no response. I even sent him this private message with no response (this was a while ago and I for got to create the report. I was busy at the time):

Should have kept the PayPal dispute open instead of marking it resolved. Probably going to be harder to get your money back through the dispute center.

Don't want my money back. (because I know I will never get it back) I just want him gone forever. He is the scum of HF in my opinion

NEVER close a dispute when a seller asks you to close. Someone scammed me on eBay for a virtual account, He asked to close the dispute, And now I cant open a dispute anymore because its available for only 1 time.

Unsure why you'd close a dispute. By the time he can message you on Skype and respond to the dispute, regardless of whether he's at work, he should have enough time to also refund you. Just that comment from him alone would of probably of got you your refund when someone from PayPal sees it. Your stupidity plays a part in this dispute IMHO.

This was a few months ago and I thought I could trust him because of all of the vouches he had smh

ĸαreeм, for future reference escalate the dispute claim to PayPal, call them and tell them you were coerced to close the dispute in exchange for a refund.
Then, provide detailed pictures of the incident (e.g. skype logs) by uploading them onto your case files.

And of course, it goes without saying... never close the dispute when promised a refund. If you close your dispute then it's 99.9% impossible to re-open it again.

Just call PayPal and charge back. Easy.

This is very easy to resolve as compared to other unsalvageable scams. But yeah, keep this DD open. That account of his should not be selling stuff.
