New policies concerning the HF blocks we've had in place for the past few years.

1. China and Russia are unblocked. These have been blocked for at least 8 years.

2. All datacenter blocks are now altered to CAPTCHA.

3. If you use a VPN your Trust Scan will likely be altered in a way that will make you appear less trustworthy.

4. Staff will be instructed to be more careful when reviewing accounts for ban evaders and possibly stolen/sold accounts.

5. All deals are still at your own risk. And this alteration does present a challenge to members for making safe deals. Ban evading scammers will likely have an easier time avoiding detection until they've scammed.

6. The benefit of this is more activity for the site as well as increased privacy for members. There is also a matter of the API being easier to implement past our blocks.

In case anyone is wondering why I finally unblocked them. It's more about how HF activity is more and more involved in the crypto currency world. It represents a lot of potential for new activity and growth on the site. Both China and Russia are emerging markets. It's mostly China but Russia I think is going to have growth in the sector as well.

I can't wait for all the chinks to sign up now.
