OP, in the time you are waiting for a high quality reply you can use Google to get an introduction to blockchain. There are pleeeeeeeeenty of pages / videos out there that can help you out.

That I did 'back in the days' was educating myself and read a lot of info and watched plenty of videos about blockchain.

Not saying that you are - but if you are to lazy to do research yourself then you will never be able to understand blockchain. To understand it you need to read a lot - really a lot. After reading a lot and you think you understand it, you still do not understand it. You need to keep reading.
