I upgraded my account to max. available because I didn't want to face limitations. I am still seeing captchas while sending messages to members.

How do I get hold of that? Is there some sort of addon?

No it is not. It's the only minimum to make legit PM's. Just post a few more HQ posts and you should be fine.
