This dispute did not seem valid to me until I viewed the user in questions profile. It looks like he has banned himself somehow and changed his title to "sorry" which in this case is probably a "sorry for scamming". I'm extremely sorry for your loss and I wish I could compensate you for your loss but pay-day isn't due for another few weeks.
