Redirect (other than Meta-Refresh) upon click

Hello budds

I need to include some links on my website.

But I dont want them to be neither a href="" nor meta-refresh

Nor window.location

The thing is, I want to transfer user to another page, and not the power from backlinks to my site. Google now follows meta-refresh, window.location, and even internal nofollow links are bad because they have updated their algo recently.

Greetings
In one of my sites i redirect users using jQuery, this is what i use if you would be interested in adopting this method.

Code
$(location).attr('href', 'yourpage.html');
I suggest using your htaccess and do 301 redirects, it's what google prefers.

mate did you read the thread. Im looking for a way to cloak links because google follows javascript and all. I do Not want link juice to be passed to pages I link. And using nofollow is just out of the question because it kills link juice.

You could always just use some retarded php query.

index.html:
- has a link like this www.website.com/redirect.php?url=www.kys.com
- user clicks link

redirect.php:
- Gets query
- Echos meta-refresh to url

This is a way to do it assuming your problem is you don't want direct links exposed. You can always encode the query, like flip them around so google doesn't see it as a link.

Your question overall is very confusing and not logical at all.

Dude nofollow kills link juice. It doesnt transfer it but it doesnt keep it neither. Its not 2012.

If you want a real response use english and commonly accepted terms. What the literal fuck is "link juice" and why do you feel the need to use it?

it's link metrics, "link juice" is a slang word that wannabe hipsters use. how do i know this? I worked for a very large seo company in san diego for about 6 years.

That's exactly why I said it, are you stupid?

rel="nofollow"

Wtf man. Why you recommend me nofollow if you know it kills link juice.

Theres difference between "passing" "keeping" "killing" ranking power.

Nofollow, since 2017, kills it. No need to flame lmao

IF you want to pass it, don't use nofollow.

If you DON'T want to pass it, use nofollow.

Now tell me what you don't understand?

the moment you include a link you already lose link juice. nofollow does NOT keep it ANY more.
