Introduction:
I saw a lot of methods for getting IP addresses and I thought I would share this one since it's easy to do and fast. This is my 2nd hacking tutorial, so be nice. ;D

Requirements:

1. Internet Connection [✔]
   


2. Any Instant Messenger, not just MSN [✔]
   


3. A victim [✔]
   

Getting the IP:
Now that you have everything ready, we can get started. :D

1. First you'll want to engage in an open conversation with your victim, ask him what he likes to do, and try to find something to draw him in with.

2.
Next, you'll want to navigate over to:
http://herp.in/Derp/ipget/
Enter your e-mail and get your customizable link, send that to your victim with the information you got before. (I.E. If he likes Halo, tell him Halo ODST is getting a map pack.)

3.
Once your victim has visited your link, you should get an e-mail with his IP. Make sure you check your junk and spam folders too! :D This is what the webpage will show when he visits your link.

4.
If you don't know your victim in real life, and want to scare him a little, I suggest using an IP tracker like the one below to find out what city he lives in.
http://whatismyipaddress.com/
Enter the victim's IP in the "Addition IP Details" button.
