Don't quote me on this, but I think the main reason why they don't have cheats at the moment is because they are still in beta, and once it's out of beta I think they will have cheats in.

But I did hear that "Anyone who had previously bought time on Tampered Live will be rewarded the remaining time back on xbOnline"
