This isnt for Endless online by chance is it? The only game where players actually where able to find code and edit it to create custom private servers to my knowledge.

I assume you are basically asking for the PE file on disk to be patched so once it executes it will execute your own code first, or hijack an already existent function, or behavior similar to this.

I need the cheat for MTASA it is multi player mode for GTASA but it open GTASA.exe because it is the same game but online.
