You get them for retail when they drop. With a bot or with luck and dedication.
When they drop they're on all the big shoe sites usually. adidas, yeezysupply, yeezy, footlocker, etc.

No, you probably can't get them even with a bot or if you purchase an autocheckout slot. Check http://www.adidas.com/pt/ when the next pair comes out (August 17th WINK WINK). If they have pairs in portugal it should be relatively easy to obtain them because so little people go for them. Or your entire country could have no stock at all. Depends on how limited the release is.

If you're asking these type of questions, you shouldn't get into reselling.

Sneakers come out on certain dates at certain places. Get the AIO ANB either paid or find a cracked version (Paid is like $200). Follow their setup and wait for a sneaker release. If you're looking for Yeezy's, follow adidasalerts and yeezy mafia on twitter and they'll tell you what days they come out.

This if you don't know anything about reselling, don't get started into doing it you can loose lots of money if you buy sneaker proxies ($2-$3 each), AIO Bot, some guy I know spent over $500 on proxies and didn't get a single pair this release.

If you are going to try just try manual, don't buy a bot and tons of proxies unless you know what you are getting into.

They aren't normal proxies that you can use, sneaker proxies are much different hard to explain because I hardly know a lot about them.
