So I am finally going to grab myself a phone and I am having trouble deciding, I could spend $600 on the Oneplus 5 OR get myself a Refurbished iPhone 7 PLUS for $580 OR the iPhone 7 only for $460
I'm having a hard time deciding and I definitely want to be able to save some dollahs, my budget is $600.
Edit: One of the main reasons pushing me to get a phone is for pentesting, which is more better on the OP5 but it is possible on the 7 if you jailbreak it as well.
I would definitely go with the OnePlus 5 because of 8GB of ram and great processor. Looks nice as well.

True, but they surely have bumped up their price a bit also the camera on the 7 is tons better.

The OnePlus 5 is negative reviews due some small bugs but I'd personally go for the OP5.
iPhone>Android. Go for the 7 plus for sure.

Meh I'd still pick Android over IPhone. I currently own iPhone 6 because I moved from Android few months ago and I highly regret my decision. You can customize everything you want and it's easier to install cracked apps. I wish my Galaxy S6 would still work because I'd defenitely still use it instead of my iPhone. However I noticed that iPhone is much faster because of the optimized OS.

I dunno, did you jailbreak yours? I did on ipad way back but is the process easier now?
I would love to have a terminal with pentesting tools, that's why. But then the 32gb on the 7 ain't that good.

Well I've checked some videos on how to Jailbreak iOS 10.2 and it's getting harder with each update. I mean the jailbreak process is easy but it's hard to keep the jailbreak running. The video says you have to restart your iPhone each 7 days and repeat the jailbreak process to keep it jailbroken otherwise it won't work.. I'm not planning on jailbreaking my iPhone anyways because it'd lose my warranty. I'm going to jailbreak it when I'll finish paying the monthly fee for my iPhone and the warranty is over. Well I've seen some penetrating tools on Nexus devices tho.

I have a Galaxy S8 and I think its safe to say its better than any iPhone.
And as for the iPhone 7 jailbreaking you have to pray to get it with iOS 10.1 installed otherwise you won't be able to jailbreak it.

There is no "superior", retard. Its preference
OP get an OnePlus if you like the Android system and its customisation capabilities out of the box
Get an iPhone if you like iOS and the fact it's very straightforward

I have an iPhone 7 and I love it. It’s fast and does exactly what I need it to do. The camera quality is very very nice compared to my previous phone which was the iPhone 4s.
get an Op3T and save yourself some money, all the Op5 has over the 3t is a better camera imo.
