Hello!

You can do it easily by going to Tools -> Content Locker -> Optimization Center and inside there you can add or remove campaigns from "No-Show Campaigns" list.

On the campaigns page, it gives me the option to select the offers that convert on email submit. How can I put these offers on a link locker?

Unfortunately, you have to go through all of them since there are different offers in different countries.

Ultimately, what I would recommend you is sort offers by country and select up to 4 very well performing offers (CR and Payout) for each country.
