I'm using Paxful to store my BTC, is it okay to keep em on it or should I move out? also which wallet do you suggest or use personally?

Doesn't it make sense to take it out simply because the loss you receive from not getting BCC should be offset by the price decrease in BTC? So if you don't withdraw, your BTC holdings will go down, but you won't receive BCC to compensate?
