So I made a deal with this guy to buy his gold. Once I paid he blocked me and not send me again. I hope he gets banned since this is not how to deal with people.
I also tried calling PP and I lost the money... Gonne be less food this month.
Also, thanks to "Danish Donut" who made him confest this all.

Call your card company and request a chargeback through them.

Tell your bank you would like to dispute the transaction. PayPal doesn't want to deal with financial institutions so they should just process it if it's a smaller amount.
