Hijacking BITLY links to attach your own link?

Well I doubt this is possible but is there any possible way to hijack a bitly link to then attach your own link to it?
I dunno what's a # link.
I'm assuming you mean a URL shortener.

In some cases you might be able to contact the owner of the site and say hey, My link wont redirect correctly but I have already sent it out to my colleagues at work via email. Could you please update the URL so it redirects properly.

bitly link, my bad edited
Ima just bump this thread to see if I get any other replies to it
Unless you have access to the account associated with the links, or you want to hack into bitly's servers and change stuff around, it's basically impossible.
