I would recommend [censored], they bill their VPS's by the hour, they're very stable, and price-wise perfect imho.

Plus they bill at the end of the month, so if you're not happy/want to be stingy, you can just throw the account away and make a few one, but that's a pretty shitty thing to do 😠
