I bought Shield Crypter a while ago. It worked well until a couple days ago it wouldn't start at all (no error message, no instant-closing window, etc.). When I bought it it came with the source code as well. The seller doesn't respond to my emails either. If you think you can help figure out why it doesn't work I will give you the files.

That sounds like a possible authentication issue, have you tried opening the source code in an editor like Visual Studio and running it from there?

Also, do you know if their were any updates on the crypter during that time?

I haven't ever seen the crypter open up any "Checking for updates" windows so I imagine it doesn't have self updating features.

From what you've told us, and I haven't used Shield before, but I would say that if there is infact a login system for this product then it's possible the auth servers are offline and your login can't be authenticated.

When I downloaded it it didn't give me any license or anything. That might be the problem though. Is there any way I could use it if the authentication server (if there is one) is always offline? I do have the source code as well.

Interesting, maybe im wrong then. But yeah, I'm assuming it's written in the NET Framework so opening it up in Visual Studio and trying to run the project from there could be a good idea worth trying.

I think the problem is that the executable I would run is like a shortcut for the actual program. For some weird reason, the actual program executable is missing. I contacted Selly support to see if I can re-download a fresh copy.

First of all, Thank you Influence for doing this. I stuck in a problem with Startup. My crypt bypassed AV and startup process also bypassed. And Startup file is in Appdata. But when I restarts my VM, It I cant see Startup procees in Task manager. And My rat also not coming back after restart.

If any of you help me with this it would be great help. 🤝

First thing we should ask is what your RAT setup looks like. If your RAT and crypter conflict with eachother it can cause issues. Be sure that you only use startup and persistence in the crypter, not the RAT.

Once that's done (if that didn't fix it) we need to see if the executable is the issue. You should try manually opening the file in your appdata. See if it launches and report your results back to me.

Not Using any options like startup, persistence, etc in Rat, Only using from Crypter.

Manually Opening startup file from Appdata, successfully run and Rat also back.

But Only issue is reboot survive. i.e; startup process not starting after reboot.
