Rates:
Our rates vary based upon each transaction, however, our standard PayPal to Bitcoin rate is 10-15% and Bitcoin to PayPal is 5-10%. Please acknowledge that this does not mean every exchange you do with us will have a consistent rate, and we hold the right to negotiate rates by transaction as we see fit. We do however, typically keep rates the same with returning customers.

Terms of Service:
-We hold the right to kindly refuse service to any member with or without reason.
-All of our exchange prices are taken based on value from Preev.com
-You agree to the rate discussed prior to our exchange.
-You agree to go first in the exchange process.
-For security reasons, we will make all agreements via the HF Private Message system.
-We may ask for your PayPal email to verify before our exchange occurs, and will do complete screening on your HF account.
-All transactions are FINAL. This means that you agree not to charge back under any circumstances.
-If any payment sent to us is automatically sent into review/dispute, we hold the right to not send funds. If a review is opened, we will refund you 100%, however if a dispute is created, we hold the right to wait for the outcome, and will take further action as needed.
-We hold the right to change these terms at any time we deem fit without notice.

At this moment, we prefer all payments to be done via PayPal, however we hope to expand these options in the near future!
Do your rates change?
Yes, as stated above, final rates for each transaction are negotiated and decided prior to completely the exchange. We are very willing to negotiate our rates.
