So,

1 day ago i contacted this lying scumbag to do a exchange. I needed 15% of $550 Paypal in BTC.

http://prntscr.com/ghjc15 - he stops me from making a scam report. I'm not dumb kid. I will still make the scam report to notify the community until i get paid and i will close this thread. I'm not going to make a big story for this scam report. But keep away from this guy until he pays me.

One question, however. Why didn't you just get on your computer, go to PayPal, and screenshot the verification status of your account? It wouldn't have hurt to.

money is already recovered on bustabit. i will get in touch with Paypal if he doesn't pay me before 6PM.
