In 9/3/2017 I have added nekoz in skype since He asked for someone who want to open a new forum with him so I was Interested that's why I added him in skype.

So we started to talk about Interests of me and what to do & etc. so he asked me to name the forum but I did not so since I don't have a name I told him to do that but he said I am bad at this things. so he stopped replying next days. Suddenly he asked me a question do you have [u][b]( Do you have a paypal account? ) he asked me? [/b][/u] I have replied with yes he asked me for the paypal email address and I have gave him the paypal address and he said we can buy some stuffs for the forums today and I asked him why he use my paypal?
He replied ( My Paypal account is too new So i can't buy things ) so I just said ok then he stopped replying so I sent a text to him saying Hi. He told me do you have another paypal email? I told him why? He said ( can't send to urs )
He said to me ( Your Paypal can hold G&S? As i see it lets me as G&S? We need to start buying things for the forum today. So i don't have much time)

I have replied to him with ( nope my paypal don't let me buy sometimes )

Then suddenly he said to me do you Recieved $400 To your Paypal?

I have told him you did send 400 USD? he said yes. I told him The payment got on hold because goods and services for 3 days lol.

Then he did ask me to refund it so I asked him why he can't wait 3 days but he said Nah, i will ask my buddy.

so I tried to refund but it don't let me to and after many retries I tried to refresh page and I can't find the refund button anymore I asked him if he owns the paypal he sent money from he just keep saying just refund my money and I told him I can't it don't let me to he told me just to call paypal And I did leave them a message so I was carious about this and I Asked him to give me Id that prove he owns the paypal he refused too and he said to me I am scammer and he will call paypal and he threat to call the police.

I heard there was a guy on here who lost nearly $400/$500 from someone on here from someone who was acting as an imposer and took that amount of money from the persons PayPal, maybe its connected?

This user is one big joke. So he pm'd multipe times begigng + spamming me on skype to start a forum with me. Ofcourse, i don't have problems starting a forum but don't spam me if i'm busy. So i decided to just let him buy the servers and all the stuffs needed for the forum. As i never started a forum. He then gave me his Paypal e-mail because he was willing to recieve money from me so that he could buy. Why would he share his Paypal e-mail without any reason? Think twice before judging me people. I'm not a broke kid to scam you for $400 Paypal. I make thousands from investing more then your entire house rent + your entire bank account. I don't need to scam shit from you. All my exchanges i did on here are legit and never had any issue with a seler. All btc sellers who traded with me can vouch for me. I've been asking you multipe times to just refund my money till now you haven't done anythng. So i decided to fill a report to Paypal and they're looking into it. And this can lead getting your account limited because you denying to refund my money what i asked you to do.

I think you're here the biggest fraud. If you think i'm doing fraud then you're stupid as fuck. Why you left me your Paypal e-mail behind? Do you want me to post the screenshot? I have a succesfull trading business that generates more then your entire family. So why do i need to scam the shit of you?
