armada i have complained to you about the DNS you sold to me that i cant update ip there anymore,it has a permanent ip there,even if i update my ip there and ping it still shows a defferent ip if i ping,why cant i have complained to you about this for over 24hrs now ,i wrote you a pm here in hf and you block me from sending you a pm here,i wrote you in skype ,you keep offline in skype,that ur working wit ur phone,how long should i wait for this or you know how to sell a product but you dont no how to fix a problem,is this how you treat ur customers, i have introduced over 5 people that purchased this product from you and this is how u treating me rite,wat does it take you to check wat the problem is bro,this is really really bad for real armada,your playing wit my work,because other people selling product here if there is problem and u complain they will look into it and fix, i have told you to try update ur own ip on the dns u sold to me and try to ping,u will see it still shows a defferent ip ,why all this shit or just got my 30$ for nothing bro,i have sent you a screen short on your skype,why dont u look into this bro

APPARENTLY this was unacceptable to you and you continued to harass me while I was at work which requires a great deal of concentration. I was at work and could not deal with this complaint UNTIL I GOT HOME. People who choose to be impatient with my services, well I always reserve the right to suspend any service I provide for any reason. Not only to this I get home and after blocking you on Skype to focus on work, I come home to emails and PMs from you. It is not my fault you have no fucking patience for someone to investigate your issue. Perhaps learn some bloody patience and allow me to resolve the issue when I actually have an opportunity to do so. Maybe on Saturday I will consider looking in to your issue. This is the penalty for not listening to common sense, I will make you wait longer. Just to make the point CLEAR. I do not tolerate impatient immature people who expect me to jump on a whim just because they cant figure something out. You paid $30 for a years service. Had you paid me $300 or $3000 I would likely be WAY more actionable to jump on request, but you paid for a basic service and this is what you got. Simple as that. I take care of my customers, Quality of my service is very important to me. However, I will be no ones bitch for $30 DNS plans. Get real. I will AGAIN note, this is a sales thread, if you have an issue there are other places you can post to.

The fact you are incapable of understanding this and are asking for a manual tells me you clearly should not be using the services to start. Hit up the networking section and maybe understand what DNS is used for to begin with.
