Hi so user Nekoz UID=3685303 opened a scam report on me here:

I was in contact with him but super sketched because he wanted $550 BTC out of nowhere and sent it with an unverified Paypal, so I was going to hold the money for a few days before sending the BTC to be on the safe side. Instead now look here:

He's a carder and his account is currently banned. I believe it's a safe statement to say that this scam report against me is false, especially since he straight up opened one less than 24 hours after sending me the Paypal and we were still in full contact. If anyone can help me with this, please let me know.

Because staff don't get involved in deals whatsoever you will just need to post your evidence on his thread to prove that his scam report is invalid.

Then just refund him his PayPal, screenshot it for proof and post it on the thread?
You have no proof that its carded, he wanted an exchange, you want him to wait a few days, he disagrees because he wants his money now, yet you dont want to refund him because hes banned...

If youre 100% sure its carded its smarter to just refund the payment, if you dont and it is indeed carded you can end up getting limited.

Technically by you not refunding him just because you think or know it's carded money makes you a scammer as well. Just refund him as he hasn't stolen anything from you yet and just move on. You haven't lost anything yet.

This thread won't help your case in any way. Prove your case in the deal disputes section and let that be it. Staff or other users won't be able to help you with a deal that was between you and him.
