Didn't think this belonged in the marketplace but I'm looking for a good app for prank calling/number spoofing/ voice chainging paid or free.
Anyone know any?

Yeah I think that there's an app for burned numbers, simply called "burner" that is free. You will need to pay to buy credits after the free trial and credits can be spent on fake phone numbers that burn and that means they and their histories are permanently erased and can't be traced back to you. I think that is part of what makes it easy to sign up for Facebook or Twitter. I use it in place of disposable email, but it can certainly be used for prank calls too.

Skype and Google Voice are good for prank calling. They are very difficult to trace and they can record sound from your computer (allowing you to use soundboards and voice distortion software)
