Well for you maybe its too high but for people who spend $2-3 daily to verify Microsoft / Gmail accounts its very profitable or else for people who know how to market things and can resell it very well and profit way more money with a bit of time.
I get buy from time to time so I'm not worried and won't down the price (a little discount is the maximum I can do).

Unfortunately no, only Chinese on first method, Russian on second and UK on thrid (ofc if you buy second you will get both or if you buy thrid you will get all the three).
On the thrid you can also get Ukraine numbers and maybe some will be added soon.
