Just released in the 12th volume of Overlord that the second season will be coming in Winter of 2017!

Start from 5. Lizardmen arc ends at chapter 4, but I recommend you start from 4, because the manga might not cover some stuff that's in the LN.

i have not watched overlord yet but it looks really good. i had a friend show it to me in class and i love the entire concept of it
