Encoding files in Base 64 with Certutil utility by Hackoo

Hi 🤝
This is a sample batch file for encoding files in Base 64 with Certutil utility 😉
How to use it ?
Just save this code on your notepad or on notepad++ or on any text editor as :
Certutil_B64_Encoding_Files.bat and drag and drop any file over it to be encoded
Certutil_B64_Encoding_Files.bat (Click to View)

Encoded HTA Example: CommandLine.hta_encoded.bat
This is a result of an encoded output of a HTA file of mine named as CommandLine.hta_encoded.bat
So, you should copy and paste this code as CommandLine.hta_encoded.bat and execute it by double click
Screenshot of CommandLine.hta (Click to View)

Encoded VBS Example : DJBuzzRadio.vbs_encoded.bat
Code
@echo off
CERTUTIL -f -decode "%~f0" "%Temp%\DJBuzzRadio.vbs" >nul 2>&1
Start "DJBuzzRadio" "%Temp%\DJBuzzRadio.vbs"
Exit

Thank you Pholx for your feed back ✌ 👍
Very good script! Thank you!
I have tested this batch script works with Windows 10.
Works on Windows 10.0.10586, thanks so much Hackoo! I'll for sure be using this soon.

Is there any way to decode them?
THIS IS VERY HIGH QUALITY. THANK YOU.

Thank you for your testing and for your feed back ;)
You can found any decoded files on your temporary folder %Temp% 😉
Just make some search on it in this folder ✌
what does encoding it do? make it a binary exe file?
professional level syntaxing as usual hackoo

You can encode pretty much anything into a batch file with it. It's pretty interesting.

thanks, i looked at it it looks like it encrypts the file u choose to encode then writes a batch file that contains thre encrypted text that when u run that batch file it decrypts the text and writes it to a file in the temp dir. its basically just encryption software
Does this mean you can run batch files that have been encoded with base64 without having to decode them first? :o
