One of the strangest case of HF's history [Thread closed]

Hello everyone,

Today I'm going to present you one of the most strangest case of HF's history and we need your help!

My side of story:
As most of you know that I'm owner of KingVPN. I'm using script on my VPN service which Woopza made, 2-3 weeks back I was facing problem with script so I texted him. He helped me to fix the problem. I told him that your VPNEngine.net website is down, He said: I'm very busy these days and my partner Kruel is handling it, Let me text him. I told him that your partner is offline from last 1 month, (I already knew that Kruel is his partner). Both of them were not active so I asked him  If he's interested in selling this project, I can buy it. Because I was afraid of my website going down too, As script used to do verification after every 15 days with his main domain VPNEngine. He said he is very busy and can't take care of the project and now my partner is gone too. He decided to sell this project to me, He was very mad at him.

I asked him before paying:

I already knew that he's the owner and creator of VPNEngine project but still I did my own research to make sure he has not sold this to anyone else. I checked all threads, posts of Kruel too just to make sure that everything is okay.

My agreement with Woopza:

He sent me VPNEngine files and I sent him last payment:

I decided to re-brand and make it a better script.  Bought domain, hosting etc. Everything was working perfectly but the license system wasn't working properly and Woopza wasn't responding me too. Today I saw Kruel online after 1 and half month. I thought he has left HF. I told him to send me new backup of VPNEngine, This is what he replied me:

I added him on Skype and we discussed about this thing, He told me he has paid Woopza $3000 too but he didn't mentioned this anywhere because he was told by Woopza to not. I think it's Kruel's mistake to not mention this anywhere on HF that he has purchased this project from Woopza. If he had done that I would never have buy this from Woopza. I know in this case we both are scammed by Woopza because he told us that we're only owner of this project. The thing is Woopza doesn't use HF anymore so making a scam report together was useless.

I asked Kruel for a solution to this problem, He said: He wants to do 50% 50% a partnership with me until he get his $3k back, I disagreed with him because he didn't paid me that $3k so why should I pay him? And I dont want to do any partnership in this project as I paid Woopza to be full owner of this project.

I presented him this solution: He can keep on selling VPNEngine, I was going to re-brand it completely anyway and add some more features to this script but he disagreed with me saying: But then I wouldn't get as many sales because there would be another competitor who would have a better version.

We both couldn't find any solution on this issue, We both agreed that I will make a thread on HF and audience will decide who should be owner of this project from one of us. He will shortly post his part of story below!

Note: Please do not reply without reading story, It's not one of those lounge thread.

I hope you get this resolved. From what I read it sounds like its rightfully yours and Kruel should open a scam report on Woopza. However it does seem more like a situation of morals. If you buy a ring from someone and later you find out it was stolen from someone you know yes you could keep it but the right thing the to do is give it back or try and settle on an agreement.
If Kruel was the first to purchase this, then it's his. He was just following Woopza's terms, nothing wrong with that.

Woopza is the bag of shit here, neither of you.
Open scam report on Woopza, re-brand the script totally.
You don't really owe Kruel anything that's just your good will but it's fucked up situation...

If Kruel purchased it, where the hell he was for 1.5 month? This VPN now belongs to King.

First thing in this situation ring wasn't stolen. It was left with someone else he trusted and that guy sold it to OP. It's not OP's fault.
Kruel owns it, you were scammed by Woopza
Oh that is why my VPN is down with "license invalid". What the heck, woopza. Make things right, man.
Looks like it could go to a lawsuit.
"Current holders of VPNEngine won't receive any updates nor they'll have anything to do with me." Woopza, our deal was not for a 2 month license of VPNEngine. It was for a lifetime one. Now that you gave ownership to KinG with these terms, what will happen to the people that bought licenses? Insta-terminated kthxbai?
Kruel owns this forsure.. get this resolved..
The project is yours. Neither of them have any rights to it anymore nor should they be able to demand anything from you (percentage etc).
Bad business smh.
I've seen no proof from Krule that he purchased VPNEngine, and there have been two new members with a low post count defending him on this thread. Looks a little sketchy to me.

This is why I avoid doing business with hf kids, they are the worst when it comes to greed.
This reminds me of Mons & Niveus all over again (Netstresser). Partnership on big projects where you don't know your partner IRL is a BAD idea.

This thread itself is one of the strangest things I've read in a while.
"Owh we can't agree on something. Better throw the story on the internet and have them decide"

I'm sure this can be resolved between you two.
Personally I do think it's yours as they simply don't have the rights to the project. The discussion should end there.
