User in Question - Nex+ - Profile: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=2194640 - UID=2194640
This is in regards to his now-sold group "Limitless." All the data compiled will be relevant to this group, whether it be subforum content or other group-related threads. Other posts or threads written by Nex which are irrelevant will not be taken into account.
This Community Alert is released under the GPLv3 License and you are free to modify and claim it as your own at will as long as all changes from the original are documented.
Before mods get in here and get a big dick, a little fore-word to them.
Seriously, fuck off. I have a case against your corruption at the bottom of this as well. Want to warn me? Ban me? Sure, go ahead. Prove to everyone that you can't act mature when getting called out. Or when others call out Nex and you remove the posts without warning. And don't say it's because of sales trashing, because one member who did get warned states it wasn't a warning for sales trashing. I only have allegations and accusations. And in case you try to delete this thread like you deleted our posts, this time it'll be uploaded to GitHub at the bottom.
Alright, with all that meta shit out of the way, into the actual Community Alert.
Nex+ has been falsely advertising the content of his Forum and Subforum in order to gain buy-ins, or paid entry to his group. His original 75$ "Elite" buy-in thread shows a screenshot of numerous guides/tutorials as well as a few other smaller threads, mainly posted by him in order to convince people to spend 75$ on entry fees. The threads and guides/tutorials are advertised as guides we "will not find anywhere else."
Fig. A: The Thread Design
Warning, very large image.
Spoiler (Click to View)
As we can see, under the "What to expect from us" section, the guides are indeed in quote advertised as "not found anywhere else."
Now let's look at some of the content inside the subforum. I will only cover the actual tutorials posted in the thread design.
Sorry Nex+, I never bought into or officially joined your group during your ownership so I honestly cannot be fucked to accept your "No Leaking" rule, especially since I can't "leak" data which is already in the public domain.
Fig. B: Rooting Tutorial
Warning, relatively medium sized image.
Spoiler (Click to View)
Now, read it over. Seems to be pretty well written, right? Well, from an actual security enthusiast's perspective, there are many logical fallacies and incorrect terminology/explanations in this article, and even though I'm sure Nex+ would be more than capable of making these errors, I started to wonder whether it was copy/pasted.
And sure enough, word for word, it was.
The original source is from 2008. It is found here: http://vhack.blogspot.ca/2008/12/rooting_27.html
This article has been reposted around the internet a few times. Try searching google for the following:
Now, Nex+ added some formatting. Does this make it his intellectual property? Maybe. That's debatable, and I don't want to get into a debate, I just want to make my first point.
Is this guide found somewhere else? YES
Is Nex+ Falsely Advertising this content? YES
Fig. C: HTML Tutorial
Warning, not a huge image
Spoiler (Click to View)
This is where it will start to get juicy, but we're not at 100% full speed ahead yet, don't worry.
This guide seems to be pretty fucking useless. Look at any serious webdeveloper and ask them whether they think this would help anyone. Simply put, it won't. Very minimal explanation, doesn't even cover like 30% of HTML anyway. Just some useless bullshit. But that's not what I'm getting at yet.
Look closely at the source in the code box and you'll see someone by the name of ZeZiPo. After a little bit of searching (about 10 seconds) I came across a closed HF member who went by the name of ZeZiPo but had the name of Dead #62 here. Here is his profile link: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...e&uid=8150 and his UID is 8150.
If you look through the threads, sure enough, much of it is very basic, either dealing with some sort of HTML or Batch. You can also see his old name popping up every so often. Maybe some quotes will show it as well. I'm just trying to push as much out as I can quickly. Don't be too lazy, do something about it.
Simply put: My theory is this tutorial was saved from a while ago and reposted here by Nex+. Nex+ claims to have asked for the owner's permission, but that would be difficult to determine if we don't have any contact information.
IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE ON THE TASK OF FINDING CONTACT INFORMATION, PLEASE DO SO.
Is this guide found somewhere else? NO
Is Nex+ Falsely Advertising this content? YES
My main argument here is that Nex+ may or may not have permission to post this, the quality of the tutorial is very very lacking, and better tutorials are found literally everywhere else. Even our relatively trashy HTML tutorial on this forum.
Now, this is where shit's gonna start getting really juicy.
Fig. D: SQL Injection Tutorial
Warning, again another medium sized image.
Spoiler (Click to View)
Frankly I don't see the need to post every part of the tutorial because it's long. Most of it's correct, but it's for very specific cases in SQL injection and doesn't give too much insight on the topic.
The juicy part is that at the bottom of this guide there was credits given, to a member on this forum. This member is DeLiiRiuM, Profile link: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=3666106
Now, I have no beef with DeLiiRiuM. I've seen him post and honestly I kinda like him. I don't want him to get too involved in this.
I simply have one question for him and it is this: Did you or did you not give permission to Nex+ to post this content with your credits given in his subforum?
Oh, almost forgot. The source link: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5715367
Is this guide found somewhere else? YES
Is Nex+ Falsely Advertising this content? YES
Whether or not DeLiiRiuM authorized that post isn't too relevant. I'm just getting at the fact that the post was made somewhere else, is found publically for free somewhere else, and that Nex+ Falsely Advertised it as PRemium and not seen anywhere else.
Now, the last bit I want to touch on, the juiciest part.
Fig. E: Cracking Accounts with Sentry
Warning, extremely juicy medium sized image below.
Spoiler (Click to View)
This guide is once again found on our beloved HackForums in a public subforum.
Credits were once again given to the original author, Regulus, Profile link: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=1680975
Link: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5062627
The reason I think this is the best part of the entire mess is that this guide was created in the name of another group, Red Lions.
Whether Nex+ asked permission or not isn't the main part of my concern, it's the advertising again, but I'd still like to ask Regulus the same question:
Did you or did you not give permission to Nex+ to post this content with your credits given in his subforum?
Is this guide found somewhere else? YES
Is Nex+ Falsely Advertising this content? YES
I'm going to call it quits here. Are there more guides in the subforum? Yes, at least four. Are they stolen? At least three of them, haven't gotten around to searching for the original sources but other members whom I will not list here claim to have ran the texts through plagiarism checkers and gotten positive results (as in he positively plagiarized.)
Oh, did I say I was quitting it there? Sorry, I meant only in regards to the subforum content. There's a few more things I'd like to touch on. Mainly "disappearing posts" and alleged corruption between staff and Nex+. These are mere allegations and do not reflect on factual evidence.
Fig. A:
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id55901397
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id55919292
Nebo claims his post was deleted. Why and how? Why didn't he get warned?
Fig. B:
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id55917112
This user also claims to have had posts delted. This time he was warned. Strange.
Fig. C:
https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id55921532
Another victim of blatant censorship, this time pointing at a specific Staff Member. But also the warn reason, low quality. Isn't it strange that staff acknowledged it wasn't sales trashing?
My posts have been removed and I do not have screenshots or other data but I do have a member who I can bring in as a witness with PM evidence to prove that they saw my posts get deleted.
I'll leave everything at this.
This is not to sales trash or ask for refunds (I did not buy-in) only to bring awareness to a false advertising scheme and my allegations against corrupt staff members. It's not a deal dispute, only a community alert.
Oh, before I forget, like I said I'd upload to GitHub in the case of the deletion of this thread.

Thank you all, read it, come up with your own conclusions, and have a nice day.
