I have got my answer on the reputation abuse, the question I had was not reputation abuse.

From my short time here I've learned that this isn't considered rep abuse.

"Deal with caution" isn't considered abuse unfortunately, neither is revenge repping.

Then why would you post the topic in the first place, at all? If there's people that received said "invalid" neutrals from the guy or whatever, then it's up to them to come and create this topic/report the user in question.

Lol this guy seriously made a full fledged thread about my rep on him when he wasted 3 days of my time. This guy told me "I don't want to rush" and "I'm almost finished" several times and didn't provide progress pic. When I ask for pic he suddenly tells me he will be back in 30 minutes (to make a quick garbage design that you claimed to have almost finished for nearly 2 days)

thats not reputation abuse. You claimed to have completed my work twice and in fact hadn't even started. When I asked you to show proof of your work so far you got mad and tried to stall.

And your dumb-ass has still not realized that you cannot imply that someone is a scammer, without first linking to a valid DD, even if you're using terms such as "finesse" - staff team ain't dumb, little man.

I'm just tired of clients like him and I wanted to know if this is allowed or that it's normal for people to behave like that in this forum  🤝.

Just to clarify, this is not textbook rep abuse.

Using terms such as 'finesse' could potentially be considered reputation abuse. However, you must give the user a 24 hour warning to change the reputation.

Fighting in the RANF section will likely not end well; for any of you.
