Hello! 
Now, its time upgrade to L33T
I am looking to get upgraded ASAP.
I got the money but i have PayPal :| 
Why Hf doesn't provide PP as mode of payment ? 
Now, I need to contact exchanger. Got scammed of $40 2 days before.
I find every other exchanger a scamster!(though, i know i shouldn't but i got scammed.)
Now, i really fear to go for a  exchanger.
L33t needs to wait :( unless i find a way to pay the fees.
Is there any provision that i can send money to the staff admin via PP ?

PayPal isn't accepted anymore because of the fraud that could be associated with it. Sorry you were scammed, however there are plenty of trusted users around that offer shops to do the upgrade. I can point you in their direction if you like.
