I`m looking for something similar to a vpn or rdp where i can browse from the comfort of my home and appear to be browsing from the USA. I need to have complete access to some websites. I want to be able to install an application like chrome and be able to browse with it. RDP has these but does a VPS have? Can i connect to your VPS with RDP and browse through the server?

You could, and should, just deploy a Linux server with OpenVPN on it and have a much better experience using your own machine to run the GUI and operating system, but route the network traffic through the VPN and appear to have a connection from North America. Wasn't trying to make it sound bad. Some people just don't like OVH. IIRC PulseServers has their own ASN, so they aren't whitelabel reselling. The just use OVH DC. GLWS
