When my computer boots up, first thing that happens before the desktop and everything loads up, is the CMD appearing for half a second saying "The screen cannot be set to the number of lines and columns specified".
Whenever I try to open CMD, it always just comes up for half a second with the same thing written, then it closes. I managed to capture it on screen shot to read what it says.
Heres the screen shot:

~How can I fix this?
Hmm Have you tried looking this up? Possibly report it to windows?
Biggest question really is what are you running? Windows 10?
And did this just start happening or has it happened forever?
It appears that you or something has adjusted the columns and rows settings for the command prompt.
Perhaps you can try to adjust those settings with a batch script.
Code @echo off
mode con:cols=100 lines=60
Try playing with the numbers until it works again. I hope that it solves your problem.

I did and found nothing about it. It started happening like 2 weeks ago

Didn't work :/ It freezes the cmd without the text, but when i reopen the cmd, it just keeps doing the same
Does the command prompt stay open and act normal when you try to open it while you are booted in safe-mode?
You can have a look at your command prompt settings by typing in cmd in the Windows search box, right click it and select open file location, then right click the command prompt executable and go to options.

Can't find options when I right click the executable, but what I did manage to find is the properties.
In the security tab, I noticed that something called "TrustedInstaller" has Permissions to everything, whilst Admin System etc has only permission to Read and Execute.

Whats up with that
TrustedInstaller is a build-in user-account in Windows vista, 7 and 8. I don't think that's related to the error.
The reason you aren't seeing the command prompt properties is because you are looking at the properties of the actual cmd.exe file and not the shortcut you will find with the search dialog when searching "cmd".

Okay Managed it.

Now what?
Well, there you can change the lines and numbers, the error you got implies that either your lines or columns are wrongly set, if not then something else might be going on and would require you to troubleshoot even deeper by trying cmd in safe mode to see if its only affecting your own user account.
